Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Budongo Forest
Your Budongo and Murchison Falls safari starts upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your safari guide, who will transfer you to Budongo Forest Reserve. This journey typically takes around 6-7 hours, so you can enjoy the views of the Ugandan countryside along the way. Once you reach Budongo, you will check into your accommodation and enjoy dinner at the lodge.
Day 2: Budongo Forest – Murchison Falls National Park
After an early breakfast, you will embark on a chimpanzee tracking expedition in Budongo Forest. After the trek, you will have lunch at the lodge and then proceed to Murchison Falls National Park.
